We have used the Imperial Palace Map as a tribute to a great hotel that is scheduled to be destroyed. We have stayed there twice and had a great time. It is in a central location on the Las Vegas Strip and each day we would set out with our cameras to walk the Las Vegas Strip and take in the sights.
The Imperial Palace has been bought by Harrah's. At an unspecified date in the future (2006 or later) it will be redeveloped so that Harrah's can expand.
Both Harrah's and the Imperial Palace enjoy a great central location on the Las Vegas Strip with a shared station for the Las Vegas Monorail.
There is a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip to cater to everyone's taste. They are great hotels and provide a wonderful variety of experiences.
Personally we like to walk along the Las Vegas Strip and enjoy the ever changing spectacle.
